Tracking uses the driver's existing mobile SIM (Vi / Airtel / Jio on 3G/4G/5G). Once the driver consents via an OTP on their own number, BilToz pings their cell-tower location every 15 minutes and plots it on your dashboard map. No GPS hardware, no monthly fees, ₹0 platform charge.
Yes. We verify every business via Aadhaar OTP and PAN within 30 days of signup, plus GSTIN and GST certificate for Company accounts (optional for Transporters). This is what keeps the BilToz network trustworthy. If KYC isn't submitted by day 30, orders, payments and reports pause until you submit it.
Yes — you can add parties and suppliers one by one from the Master menu, or contact support and we'll help you bulk-import them from an Excel or CSV file.
Auto-numbered LRs (lorry receipt / bilty) from your own LR number series, as one PDF with consignor, consignee and driver copies, and a GST invoice PDF for each order once its trip is completed. You can print the e-way bill number on the LR, but BilToz does not generate e-way bills. You can also upload a POD for each completed order. Download or print any LR or invoice, or share it on WhatsApp: BilToz opens WhatsApp with a ready message and you attach the PDF.
Yes. All data is hosted on Indian-region servers, and the BilToz web app connects to them over encrypted HTTPS (TLS). Admin actions on accounts and KYC reviews are audit-logged. Your P&L, GSTIN report and party and supplier payment ledgers export to Excel, and you can request a copy of your data or deletion of your account by emailing support@biltoz.com.
